Event: Santa Visits Ovilla

Santa Clause made a brief stop in the little town of Ovilla at their fire station to visit with some of the children there while members of the fire department made some minor repairs to his sleigh. WELCOME SANTA!!!
One of Santa’s first visitors was a fine young lad who had several items that he wanted to tell Santa about.
Of course, not everybody was as happy to see Santa as others were.
And some had to talk to Santa at an arm’s length before committing to sitting in his lap.
But that’s OK… Ol’ Santa will talk to them however they are comfortable.
Sometimes Mom had to step in to help the situation just a little so we could get a picture.

Even one of the “younger” rookie firefighters had to tell Santa what he wanted for Christmas.
But the really little ones are what Christmas is all about and the most fun of all.  Especially the ones with red hair and blue-green eyes.
It’s a wonderful feeling to welcome the really little ones for their very first Christmas and their first picture with Santa.
Santa calls this “anticipation”…
But everything turns out fine when little brother is placed with Santa.  If you can’t read his red shirt, it says “Official Present Opener”.
One of Santa’s “official” helpers, Jake finally showed up to assist Santa with his busy day in Ovilla.
These beautiful sisters had a long list for Santa also.
Another little one that was still a little unsure of Santa, but everything worked out fine with this young lad also.

And another beautiful young lady with her Christmas wishes for Santa.
One more very reluctant young lad that was not too keen on the idea of telling Santa what he wanted for Christmas.
All of the wonderful members of the Ovilla Fire Department have fixed Santa’s sleigh and he must be on his way back to the North Pole to prepare for his BIG day.  THANK YOU OVILLA FIRE DEPARTMENT for all you help and a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL.
