Sherry Hanson has been involved with pageants for the past 32 years, including 24 years with the Miss America
Organization, judging throughout the United States. Her background
includes training in dance, vocal, gymnastics, twirling, music and
modeling. |

Jim Hanson - Co-Director
Jim Hanson has been involved with pageants for 32 years and with the Miss America Organization for 24
years. He has judged throughout the state of Texas and his background
includes sound, stage production, and interview preparation.

Stayc Velarde
After surviving a diagnosis of
terminal lymphoma in 1996, it has been Stayc's mission to show the world
that cancer is not a death sentence. Her journey over the last 10 years
has taken her all over the country, telling her story to groups of as
little as 5 people to as many as 5,000. It was her distinct honor
to be crowned Outstanding Woman in America on April 28, 2006. This
honor opened many doors and opportunities. She has traveled to many
different states, including visiting Congress in March 2007. |
